Hello everyone! Since the gyms are all closed and people looking for ways to exercise, I decided to put a simple plan together for you. Lets do a 1 month challenge! If your completely new to exercise we will start off slow. 10 pushups (from your knees if you have to), 40 bicycles, 45 seconds superman and 30 squats (please ask me to demo these exercises if you dont know what they are, or you can google or youtube them). You can spread them out throughout the day if need be, but do them everyday. Advanced people could work up to 100 pushups, 6 sets of 60 bicycles, 2 min supermaan and 100 squats each day.

When you can't teach, you study! Always learning, so we can give the best instruction possible. #bjj #lachlangiles

This is how I prefer my students tie their belts. Having them tied this way seems to keep the belt tied for a longer period of time while in class. (Sorry, first post the vid was cut short)
