For those of you doing the HIIT livestream today, you're going to need a chair, box, ottoman... Something like that.
"You should be lifting the weights, the weights shouldn't be lifting you" Drop your ego at the door and actually use proper technique to lift. Your body shouldn't be swinging all over to curl a barbell.... Pause your bench press at your chest instead of bouncing it off and through the sticking point. Stop deadlifting the bar to your knees, squatting down and bending in half backwards to drag the bar up your legs. And no one is impressed by the bar being full of rubber 25's, trying to look like you have way more weight on there than you do. Work harder.

We won't be doing a Livestream today so, here's your Good Friday Warrior Workout! 10 -1 LADDER Start with 10 reps of EACH exercise. Once you finish 10 reps of each, complete 9 reps of each exercise, then 8, then 7, and so on until you reach 1 repetition of each exercise.... Ex. 10 Step-ups left, 10 Step-ups right, 10 dips, 10 sit-ups,10 burpees, then back to the start and 9 of each. You’ll need a chair/bench/stool/box for step-ups and dips. Step-ups (starting with 10 with the LEFT leg) Step-ups (10 with the RIGHT leg) Dips Full sit-ups (or crunches for a mod) Floppy Burpees (or regular burpees for a modification) Let us know how it goes!
