Kirsten has been practicing massage therapy for over 5 years. She grew up in Kamloops, BC, and completed her massage therapy training in Vernon, BC, with 2350 hrs in 2012. Since then she has spent time working in BC, Alberta,Nova Scotia and travelling Central America, South America, and coast to coast in Canada. Kirsten’s approach to the body and style of massage therapy is practical and detail oriented. She gets to know your body from the minute you meet; watching how you walk, sit, and hold yourself. She knows how to get to the root of a problem whether thats working deep and detailed or light and relaxing, and always educates you on different stretches and exercises you can do to help yourself. Kirsten looks forward to meeting with you and helping you achieve whatever goals you might have.

Hope everyone is enjoying the great weather today :) I just wanted to inform all my current clients that I will no longer (until possibly sometime in the future) be able to take on any new clients. If I have treated you in the past I will still continue with your care. At the moment do not have a daytime opening until May 17th or evening until June 5th. I am excited to be taking my level 1 reiki training this coming weekend to incorporate it into treatments :)

Over the course of last weekend I (Paige) took my TMJD Mastery course. So I can now treat more specific imbalances from mild to severe injuries of the jaw. Everyone has some sort of imbalance whether its the fact of chewing on one side more than the other, clenching and/or grinding of teeth, whiplash, concussions, etc. Over time even mild conditions can move to more severe problems causing more pain, audible clicking/grinding and decreased range of motion. I have had chance already to work on a few patients with great results even within one treatment! :)

Hello Everyone, I (Paige) will be out of the office for a little while as my Son Levi is having tests done on his knee as he had to have surgery Wednesday night to flush out an infection. Hope to be home soon but the Doctors say a week we should expect. If I need to reschedule any of you for next week I will be sure to let you know ahead of time. Annette will still be working so if you need to get in let me know and appointments can be rescheduled with her. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Hello again everyone! As of now my hours I will be available in the clinic will be Mondays 9-5, Wednesdays 9-9, Thursdays 3-9 and Fridays 9-2 (these may vary slightly depending on Client's needs). My first day back will be February 2nd! :) I have a very long list of people to contact to let them know I am back, so please "like" this post and I will know that you have been notified and will not need a call. Starting the 19th of January please feel free to contact myself as you usually do via calling or texting 529-1256, private facebook message or email. Hope you all had a great Christmas and New Year :) My life has got a bit busier with 2 kids but have not forgot about you all :) I still plan on coming back to work around the first part of February. I do not know my schedule completely yet but will let everyone know on here and as well as everyone who requested be put on a call list to know when I get back. Our baby Noah was born December 16th and everything is going well! Can't wait to see you all when I return :)

Paige is now off on Maternity Leave until early February. There is no new baby yet but will be sure to keep you updated when Noah is here :). I will definitely enjoy my time off but will be glad to be back to see all of you in the New Year. I hope you all have a great Holidays and New Years with your Families.
