Shot over the summer of 2015, Deep Roots:the Music of Huron County showcases the musical traditions of this rural community, and through interviews with master ... musicians and performance footage from Blyth Steam Threshers Show, Goderich Celtic Roots Festival, Tuesday Tunes, The Barn Dance Live and Brussels Fiddle Jamboree, captures the spirit of the community. Streamed in three parts throughout the month of August, this first episode discusses the artistic impact of the Celtic Roots Festival and Celtic College in advance of this 2020's virtual edition of the festival, August 7 & 8.
