Hello; As the information and guidelines about the Covid-19 virus continue to evolve; we wanted to reach out to our customers to let them know how our team is responding. We understand that your vehicle, whether you use it for personal or for business use, will continue to play a vital role during this time. With that in mind we have decided to remain open for business for now; however, our standard operating procedures will be adjusted to follow the social distancing guid...elines as set out by Public Health. Effective Tuesday, March 17th: The waiting area will be closed. Although we love drop in visits, we would ask that you call to set up an appointment or if you have any questions regarding your vehicle. When you drop off your vehicle for your appointment; park it, lock it and drop the key in the Key Drop to the right of the front door. Please do not come in the office. Instead, give us a call to discuss your repair needs. Our technicians will repair the vehicle and re-park the car. We will be providing sanitizing wipes to our technicians to use in the vehicles. We will call to let you know when the vehicle is ready, and payment arrangements will be made over the phone or by e-transfer. When you arrive to pick up your car, your keys will be brought out to you by one of our team or preferably placed in the locked vehicle if you have a spare. We will be working very hard to remain open for you during this time, while maintaining a safe environment for our employees. As things progress we will keep you posted of any changes.
