Lovely Sunday to be on the job site... Proper install of the envelope seal of your exterior moisture barrier is essential to a long-lasting exterior! Proper envelope seal from your roof to wall transition is very very important! The roofer installed the double step flashing with diverter properly which will ensure the water runs away from the wall into the eaves trough at the roof to wall transition...... Sufficient flashing with end dams with caulking to your hood vents, windows, or any other exterior protrusion is critical to keep moisture and frost from penetrating your wall! As many may not be aware but plenty of moisture, frost, and condensation gets behind your siding... Pretty darn nice morning for December 31st for working... Let’s hope we get a mild January... Had to post these electrical plugs because they’re excellent and keep moisture and water out away from the exterior electrical plug-in... And the electrician installed the plugs properly with tyvek surrounding which is so very important!...
