Sharing a bit of geology of the island with you! Where our new house is being built, the rock is pillow lava or basalt . It was formed 50 million years ago when molten lava flowed into the sea, it would pillow up into the air as the steam and molten labs started to harden.. Similar to Iceland and Hawaii! It’s amazing as you touch it, it’s so warm and grounding . I can’t wait until I can offer guides meditations on this beach ...

How have you been doing ? The Dark new moon on Friday has left many of us feeling cold, anxious and a little frustrated. Doubts rising , quick to feel annoyed and sad. It will pass, it is already easing as we move towards the Full Moon in Taurus - an extra moon October 31st! My suggestion is to use this beautiful full moon energy to remember your loved ones in Spirit. Pull out old photos, cook their favourite dish, talk about your memories. They are so close to you, and they will be exceptionally close on that evening and the next day All Souls Day. I will be running a meditation on the night of November 1st. We will be journeying to connect and celebrate our loved ones on the other side.
