To our Urban Bark family, We appreciate your patience and support while we try to navigate the new REOPENING ONTARIO (A FLEXIBLE RESPONSE TO COVID-19) ACT, 2020.... We were previously permitted to offer services under section 23, however, the language has changed and it has become unclear to us if we can remain open. As such, our grooming and daycare services will be closed from Saturday Dec 26th until Sunday January 3rd, 2021. Our boarding services will remain operational, as this is clearly permitted under section 22. We will take this time to ensure that all our services are in compliance with Ontario regulations. Our hope is to reopen on Monday January 4th, 2021, and will provide updates as we know more.
