To all our RCC Pilot Mound clients, We want to thank you all for your generous support since our opening day this past September in Pilot Mound! We have enjoyed each and every one of you who has joined us in the saddle. ... At this time, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the CODE RED precautions that will be implemented as of Monday, November 9 in this health region, we have decided to take extra precautions and we will be temporarily closing the studio and suspending our classes for the time being. Code Red precautions for gyms and fitness centres requires capacity to be at 25% and for everyone participating in exercise to be wearing a mask. At this time, we feel a temporaryclosure is the best decision. This closure is effective immediately There will be no further classes in the studio for the days and upcoming weeks until it is safe to do so. Passes for your upcoming booked classes will be placed back onto your Mindbody account as they are removed from the schedule. Remaining passes left will remain on your Mindbody account until we reopen and you choose to use them. There will be no refunds for class passes. We value our clients health and wellness which will always remain our top priority. We hope you understand this difficult decision we have had to make. Hey RCC - Pilot Mound ... As most of you know CODE ORANGE comes into effect for our region in MANITOBA beginning tomorrow Monday, November 2 until further notice. This will add some changes to our studio which will include the following: Masks will be required by all clients and staff when entering the studio and up until you are clipped into your bike. Masks may be removed for the duration of the ride and then required to be put back on for exiting the studio. Hand sanitizer will be required prior to check-in and getting your fresh pair of shoes. Our studio will be open 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the ride now. This is needed to allow instructors and staff to have all equipment cleaned prior to new clients entering. Thank you! Please maintain social distancing at all times within the studio. There is no towel service. Please bring your own towel. Please do not enter the studio if you are feeling unwell. Our cancellation policy remains the same but if you are feeling unwell prior to your ride, send us a message and we will refund your pass! Our studio will remain at half capacity as it has been since opening along with all bikes being 6 ft apart as always. For these reasons please do not move your bike - Thank you.
