Every province and state, every league and athletic association, and even individual schools and school boards will make their own decision and have their own stance on that. Individual coaches and individual athletes on cer...tain teams will make their own decisions about participating even if their team or conference gets a green light. Georgia high schools are reporting 866 new covid cases. States that voted just a few weeks ago to start fall sports on time are now pushing it back to November or spring. I don't know what fall sports or school will look like in Ontario, in Canada, or anywhere else, so I can't focus on that. I do know that if you are an athlete who needs a particular course, who has a goal to boost your average, who needs to qualify for athletic eligibility... don't let the changing education system and loss of a sports season cheat you out of the chance to reach your academic goals.
