Hello all campers...The committee just wanted to give you the dates for the 4 main events during our camping season in 2018 so you can plan ahead...SAVE THESE DATES!!! Our Year End Potluck Supper is fast approaching. Saturday, Sept. 23rd. We will start our day with our Auction. All items will be set up at the shelter for 10:00 a.m. Viewing will take place between 10 and 11:00. The auction will start at 11:00 a.m. Please bring all your rice lake funny money as you don't want to miss out on the great prizes up for grabs. We are in needs of 2 volunteers. 1 for a 50/50 draw and 1 to collect the money during the auction. Please let me kn...ow if someone is available to volunteer. The supper will be at 5:00 p.m. Please see Louise or Jenny to sign the potluck list. Turkey, ham, potatoes and gravy will be provided. We will set up for the supper after the auction for anyone who wants to join us. Looking for some volunteers to help with clean up. Items needed for the supper: salads, hot veggies, stuffing, buns, drinks, desserts...we had about 70 people last year so planning for the same this year The draw for our fundraiser will take place after supper.
