What a year! When I got my license back in April I wasn’t exactly sure what starting a business during a global pandemic would look like. November Market Update! Wow what a month it has been in the world of Real Estate, Inventory levels have been at an all time low for this year and from over the last few years. With people still trying to move to the Comox Valley from other markets it has made available properties sell quickly and many in multiple offers or for over asking price. It feels a little different this year to not be gathering on Comox Ave to watch the Remembrance Day Ceremonies and pay our respects to our Veterans.
