It takes a village to prep a house for sale! This group of people are simply amazing. They are generous and kind with their time and efforts and it's been a meaningful journey to get a house in Brantford ready to be put on the market. The two older gentlemen's mother passed away a few months ago in a nearby hospital and when my repeat client Steve asked me to represent his family to sell their beloved family home, I was honored and grateful for the opportunity.... The house behind us was custom built in 1961. It's only had single owner, Steve's parents. Steve told me that soon after they moved in so many years ago, he and his brother John planted a Maple tree in the backyard. It was a tiny thing that grew to be much, much taller than the house. And just like the tree, Steve and John blossomed into fine human beings leading meaningful lives full of selfless community involvement. It's a privilege to tell their story and to be a part of this emotional time in their lives. I always look for meaning and purpose in the work I do, and helping this family with their transition is the epitome of my real estate career thus far. Thank you for reading.

Sometimes clients become friends and sometimes they have a baby! Wonderful spending time with you all this afternoon and meeting your baby for the first time. Connecting, reconnecting, and helping people is why I love my job!

My clients and I have absolutely fallen in love with south Ajax. It's close to the tranquility of the lake, and a reasonable drive to work in Toronto. It has incredible green space, and perhaps best of all, a buyer can get big 3 and 4 bedroom houses that are fully renovated and updated between $640,000 to $700,000. Hope for home ownership is alive and well in our city!

A recent second townhouse sale in this affordable complex at Dufferin & Lawrence! The first sale was meaningful because I helped first-time buyers find their nest and they've really grown into their home.
