Thank you to everyone who has offered to help out with our hampers this holiday season. Because of Covid-19 restrictions, we are limited in the numbers we can have in the hall, but we will certainly reach out if we need any extra hands!! Such a wonderful community we live in!!

We are once again looking for medium size boxes to pack up the food that has come in since the Christmas hampers were made up. If you have access to any, please drop them off at the front door at the United Church at 3452 McBean St. . If nobody is there at the time, there is quite often people coming & going. We will be needing the boxes for next Thursday, Jan. 3 starting at 9am. Thanks!

We have had another successful year of receiving food/cash donations from local businesses, schools, individuals. Her are some of them.... The Richmond Quilt Guild St. Philips School Richmond Public School... Sacred Heart High School The Richmond Royals Peewee Hockey teams Jabulani Winery St. Andrews Presbyterian Church St. Philips Catholic Church St. Paul's United Church Sonya Kinkade (organizer of the Richmond Home & Business Tour) South Carleton High School King's YiG Richmond Former Hyde Park Seniors Community Scotiabank Richmond Branch Hopefully nobody has been missed but let us know if your organization were part of donating to the Richmond Food Bank. FYI we were able to assist 50 families this past Christmas!

We are desperately looking for boxes to pack our Christmas items for our FB clients. The new LCBO do not keep them anymore so it has been a challenge getting them there this year. They do not want to save them for us although we would be there to pickup ASAP! We were fortunate to get some from them this weekend. If anyone can help us out, we would appreciate it! Thanks!
