Nice set up Ryan!
Let’s master our forehand lift & backhand this year! Happy 2020
Ever wonder how to shape a champion? For starter, foot work & ability to keep 80 shots back & forth, specifically, clears & defenses! No pain no gain!
Huge congrats to Ethan again! U15 single & double champion at Clear 1’s new year tournament. Last year, we were saying, he’s been trying n trying n loosing enough for so many years when he’s little; yesterday, was chatting with his dad about kids abusing their talent & thinking hard work isn’t needed as long as they r smart enough to look for shortcuts. In conclusion, no free lunch, you need to want to win so bad that you are willing to fight for it!!! Ethan & his parents just want to take this opportunity to encourage every baddy lovers out there, to work hard & enjoy the whole learning journey! FYI, he does around 10 hours of training weekly, I used to do 6 hours of training daily plus no room for laziness!
Support point, assist point, balance point, power point & stress point > when all synchronized & combined into 1! Can show pretty promising power!
Next up, deep corner straight push, limit opponents angle of return and set up front & back court intercept net, anything comes up just get ready to flag down cross court!
