Melissa Hafting, a seasoned birder and Richmond resident, was able to capture this beautiful shot at Garden City Park. Photos: 1. Townsend's Warbler - Garden City Park 2. During this unprecedented time for the Tourism and Hospitality industry, we are sharing each other's personal stories of challenge and hope as part of the #WeAreTourism movement. ___________ It’s fair to say that the season was like no other at Vancouver Whale Watch when they opened on July 1. General Manager Tammy Taylor said it was almost like it was our first day in business. ... A tour with Vancouver Whale Watch is an open air experience for passengers so it has been a perfect getaway during this trying time. The wildlife guides onboard are well educated on the marine mammals, the local flora and fauna, and waterways and islands, transforming the fleet of zodiac vessels into floating classrooms and educating the public about conservation of marine wildlife. Looking ahead to next season, Tammy exclaims We have bookings already!. 2021 is looking promising.
