As I’m sure many of you are all ready aware but we will be forced to close our doors for the next 2 weeks in order to help get a handle on the number of COVID cases in BC. This is only a temporary measure and we’ll be looking forward to opening the doors again in 2 weeks. In this time we will be looking at how we can improve our safety protocols not only so we comply to provincial regulations but so we can provide our membership the best possible training experience in the safest possible way. This is obviously a difficult time so thank you all for your patience and understanding

I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone in our community for their continued dedication in spite of all the necessary protocols in place that make our regular training schedule a challenge. One day hopefully sooner then later we’ll be back in action and running classes like this that make us look more like an anthill then a martial arts club!

All ages kids Jiu Jitsu every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4-5pm. Bring a bubble buddy and come roll with us!

I’d like to congratulate one of our early risers Gilbert on earning his first strip this morning. I’d also like to thank his son Ryan who’s been here with his dad day in and day out!
