Richmond Children's Arts Festival 20.10.2020

Imagination and creativity at work! Yesterday the City of Richmond - Local Government had the pleasure of hosting the 11th annual Richmond Children's Arts Festival. A huge thank you to everyone who shared their BC Family Day with us at the Richmond Cultural Centre. Big thank you to our wonderful team of volunteers whose big smiles brightened everyone's day.... Lastly thank you to our incredible sponsors for making such a special event possible our presenting sponsor Lansdowne Centre. Zone sponsors IKEA Richmond, TD, Cowell Auto Group. Once Upon a Time there was a magical land inside the Brighouse Branch of the Richmond Public Library. It was full of stories and performances and things to do with your family and friends. This magical place could be found on Monday February 18 at the Richmond Children's Arts Festival 2019 and the Once Upon A Time zone is presented by the ever- imaginative IKEA Richmond.

Not to be missed! This BC Family Day (Mon Feb 18) join us at the Richmond Children's Arts Festival 2019 for a special performance of The Troll Grandfather. An original play written by the great Clem Martini and presented by the incredible folks at Axis Theatre Company. Performances happen at 11:30am & 2:00pm in the TD Canada Trust Performance Hall!

Join us this Saturday at Lansdowne Centre as we give you a FREE sneak peek at what's in store at the 2019 Children's Arts Festival.... The Vancouver LEGO Club will be hosting a Built It zone, there will be hands-on collaborative comic creations and you can leave your mark on a public mural that will be displayed at the Richmond Cultural Centre. PLUS pop-up performances, Imagination Stations and just enough fun to make sure you mark your calendar for the real deal! See you Saturday from 11am - 2pm at the atrium in-front of Toys R Us!
