Our thanksgiving turducken feast is $55 and includes all the food and fixings to feed one person and you can order enough portions to feed you and your friends. Each order includes a slice of turducken stuffed with wild rice and herbs, a side of cran-marnier sauce, roasted root vegetables with app...le cider glaze, creamed nicola potatoes with music garlic, shaved brassica caesar salad and pumpkin trifle for dessert. Ramp Season is a great season! We are very fortunate to have friends that allow us to forage their land for these wonderful treats. We have been going up to Lady Bank Farms for years as a team. We usually head up as a big group and spend the entire day on the beautiful property picking and cleaning the ramps. After the time in the forest, Peter puts together a beautiful spread in the school house and is always the most incredible host. With COVID-19, they put together a beautiful initiative working hard to provide food for the most vulnerable in our community right now, and are offering new at-home resources for children, families, and seniors in need.
