Listings inch up, demand remains steady and price gains continue in Metro Vancouver’s housing market in February

The BC Real Estate Association (BCREA), with support of BC’s real estate boards, published a white paper today that contains 30 policy recommendations for the provincial government. It is titled 'A Better Way Home: Strengthening Consumer Protection in Real Estate.' bcrea.bc.ca/whitepaper This is in response to the Ministry of Finance proposal for a cooling off period at the time of a Contract for Purchase and Sale of residential property. It is hoped that the white paper will help lead to some better methods for consumer protection and housing supply and affordability for all. If you would like to learn more please contact me.
