RE WATER BILLS Last week, council made the decision to defer any interest or penalties on tax and water bills that are not paid by May 29. This essentially gives you a payment deferral and staff the time to respond and deal with issues relating to bills of which clearly there are some. So, to be clear, you don't need to pay your bill if you believe there's an issue until May 29.... If your bill is fine, please pay it on time. Reach out to [email protected] and let them know about your issue. And PLEASE be polite and kind. Our staff are wonderful people and provide great customer service and want to solve your issues. Your patience in these stressful COVID19 circumstances is appreciated, Be well.
