To all our valued customers, If you have called and spoke to myself or went through our Facebook page about a pumpout please rest assured that your information and name has been added to our pumpout schedule. I always ask if you are calling for routine maintenance or if you are experiencing an issue please confirm which so that we can correctly prioritize in the list. If you are experiencing possible emercency situations we will return your call. If you have stated just main...tenance we put you on the list and you can be assured it will get done. While we do not require the property owner to be present at time of pumpout we do understand that some property owners either wish to or perhaps have gates with locks etc. We will do our best to accommodate a suitable appointment time for those in that particular situation. We also request if at all possible lids be exposed prior to Rick's or Scott's arrival. We accept cheque cash or e-transfer for payment. Cash if not paid at time of pumpout can be dropped off at 92 Goreville Road Cheques not given at time of pumpout can be mailed to: Rick Vaillancourt Box 241 South River Ont P0A1X0 If you require to have your call returned for any reason and have reached our answering machine please state that in your message. We do understand that each customers situation is unique and do our very best to accomodate each and everyone. Please Call 705-386-2201 to make an appointment.
