They go together like PB&J- Pumpkin, Benny, and Jane that is! These 3 came in separately as late summer orphans and were grouped together early on. They are now a tenacious trio who will be spending the winter with us in their outdoor enclosure.
Environmental enrichment is important to keep our patients busy and curious, encouraging their foraging skills. This pumpkin filled with raccoon food and treats was a great hit!

He frog-itively loves cuddles We give the raccoons in our care plenty of toys and stuffies to stimulate their curiosity and playful nature. This also helps them develop their dexterity and learn how to play- not to mention they serve as a comfort for the little orphaned babies. #SnugglySaturday

What's that sound? It's an Eastern Gray Squirrel! This guy was so eager for his interview that he got a bit too close to the mic and caused some distortion as he made this curious/ excited noise.
