Our fall semester of 28 students is now complete and winter schedule is set with a couple of openings left. Let me know if you want to register your child. Fall semester we had some really great moments with some amazing little riders. It only keeps getting better and better and we can’t wait to see what 2021 will bring.

What a great day for our first English discipline specific day. Is was chilly but true to equestrian form, we were stripping layers half way thru the day. There was sweat and not just from our trusty steeds. Core..core and more core! Lots learned and we couldn’t be more proud of these young ladies. First time out in English gear and killed it! Up next is the high school rodeo days followed up with the reining/cow horse day.

............................We're growing and expanding!!............................................ Ridequine is a 50 horse boarding training and lesson facility located just north of Pilot Butte. We are looking for an enthusiastic horse and kid loving individual to join our team of coaches for the beginner lesson program. Ideally would like to find a Equine Certified coach or experience equivalent, open to becoming certified in the near future. Schedules can be made up around the candidates schedule, so times can be flexible with evenings during the week and weekends being the majority of our bookings. The successful candidate must be energetic and passionate about horses, with attention to safety and proper horsemanship. If you or anyone you know might be interested in this position please contact Kim at 1-306-536-9638.

Summer 2020 semester is complete. I could not be more proud of my incredible team. Paige and Lauren for helping and inspiring these young riders to push and dig in even when it gets hard. And to really ask the questions why is this not working, and reflect and recognize that it’s often a miscommunication. My incredible barn team (Shelley and Julian) that work tirelessly behind the scenes making sure the barn, arena and tack is all ready to go, not to mention looking after ...all the ponies. And of course the Stars of the show! .....................My horsepower!!!! ............... Writing this brings tears to my eyes knowing how kind and unbelievably tolerant these huge animals can be. Their kindness far exceeds the majority of humanity. It is no wonder I have clients sharing that they no longer need to seek counselling as their barn time is their new therapy. This program has not only taught the students how important the before and after part of the ride is. It has also further confirmed my belief that you can’t be a good rider until you become a good horseman! It’s horsemanship as a whole, and it’s a direct relationship. See more
