Having a bad day is one way to check in and see if you're still human. Check - yep still human! It won't be every day, but if you find yourself having one, there's nothing wrong with you.... you're normal. Just don't stay there, find something that can help turn things around. Start with finding things to be grateful for. You get what you focus on. Find the good no matter how bad your day is going. A good reminder heading in to the next week
