Amanda and Baden got the deck finished up in Cornwall despite the weather. Just a few details left to complete.

The team at the 60 Unit Apartment Building continue to move forward. Jordan, Shasta, Shed, Dylan, Mason, Daniel, Sergei, Sherwin, Kee, Drew, and the newest member of our team, Chris are framing storage lockers in the parking garage, finishing the odds and ends on the 1st floor framimg, and finishing the siding.

Robbie and Eli, with help from Sergei, Dylan, and Mason, got the trusses up and installed at our Bonsahw addition this morning

Robbie and Cassie are working on the outside of our Bonshaw Addition, building the new entrance and screened in deck, and beginning Cape Cod siding installation

Shed and Baden are getting the wood shingles finished up, drywall is on, seamfilling for the most part is done at our New Glasgow addition. Shed trimmed a few windows today getting ready to install floorong on Monday

Robbie and Eli have been quietly working away at our Bonshaw addition. Footimg and foundation completed, main floor walls framed and sheathed, floor system installed and sheathed and now roof has been prepped for framing the second floor and installing the roof

We started a job in Cornwall last week to remove a set of concrete stairs poured over a cold room which had a perpetual leak. Daniel did the demo and drove the equipment, our frinds from DinoMac Masonry installed the 8"block wall, and now Amanda and Baden are building the new deck

Shed and Baden are working at the wood shingles now that the interior is ready for seamfilling at our New Glasgow Addition

Jordan, Shasta, Brad, Daniel, Sergei, Dylan, Mason, Ashlee, Mitchelll, Cassie, Darius, Khalil, Sherwin, Kee, Drew, and Mackenzie are hard at work at the 60 Unit Apartment Building in Charlottetown. Siding and trims are being installed, concrete retaining walls for the ramp to the underground parking garage are being formed, soffit and fascia are being installed, some interior framing is happening and a host of other activities.

Robbie and Eli are getting to the end of our Badeque Addition. The vaulted pine ceiling with false rafters is completed, hardwood floor installed, basement trimmed and painted, now they are working on installing the suspended ceiling in the basement rooms

Shed and Kee are getting things ready for drywall at our New Glasgow addition. New stairwell cut in today and framed.

Brad and Kee removed a large window, repaired sheathing, framing, and insulation, re-installed the window, and re-trimmed it this week in Cornwall

Brad and Kee finished up our last little bt at Stow It All last week, installing poly and strapping the ceiling on the "drive-thru" section

Shed and Mitchell have been busy replacing structual beams, building load walls, and replacing floor joists in the basement of our New Glasgow Addition

Robbie and Eli have the ceiling pine mostly completed and got the last bit of siding on that we had been waiting for at our Badeque Addition

Shed, Mitchell, and Kee got the trusses up, roof sheathed, rough fascia installed, and now they are shinglimg the roof at our New Glasgow Addition

Robbie and Eli are installing floors in the basement and the pine ceiling in the main floor at our Badeque Addition
