Today we dropped off our food hampers at HPE.. 2 boxes for each family and a 50$ GC from super store for each family to buy a Turkey or Ham. A 75$ GC from walmart for each family to get presents. Thank you to everyone for making this happen.

Just a reminder that if your kids have chosen to dress up as ninjas for trick or treating. Wearing your Gi is inappropriate. We only wear our Gis for training.

Our afterschool program is donating 600 wooden hearts to Pitt Meadows Elementary School to replace the rotten fish we removed from the fence. If any of you guys have leftover paint or paint brushes that you can donate to the school they would be very grateful.

Our karate friend has reached out to us to ask for support in her fundraiser to assist the Women's Centre of Jamaica. She would really appreciate our support. Its an online class this Sunday lead by Jamaican National team members and they are donating all funds to the Women's Center of Jamaica. The cost of the class is $15. Update regarding September training.

All scheduled classes are back on as of tomorrow. I will have more information later this week about where our September classes will be and what they will look like.

We are very excited to include ~Mindful Mornings with Mrs.G~ in our program. We will post a new video each week. It's a great way to help the kids start their day.
