Sunday. The coldest day we have had so far this year! For that reason maybe you guys could help me out and give me some feedback as I have some questions about my schedule and how to better utilize my time. I'd like your honest input. A) 30 min and 45 min massages. How likely are you to book one of those time slots when you book an appointment? ... Very Likely - Not Likely B) Would you book a 30/45 min massage If that was the only availability I had left for the week? Or would you book ahead looking for a 60 min spot? Book the 30/45 min Book ahead for 60 min C)How likely are you to book a FULL BODY 90 min massage. Very Likely - Not Likely D) How likely are you to book a 90 minute massage and ask your therapist to work just upper body? Just the lower body? Just 2 areas for the entire 90 min duration? Very Likely - Not Likely E) If you see me are waiting until I open in my schedule 90 min sessions? Yes - NO F) IF it where an option would you want a mobile session? Where I come to your home? Yes with Covid precautions. Such as mandatory masks wearing and having to provide for your own linens? Yes - No I'd really appreciate all feedback. As I'm looking at changing things up but would love to hear from you before I begin making some big changes. Thanks Friends

I am ALWAYS asked why I don't do home visits. This photo is why I don't do home visits It's to cold ... I have WAY to much stuff to carry with my cups and Graston Plus linens and massage oils and lotions Plus chair/table Plus my own bag of things I need like H20 bottle and cell phone. This is why! Ask me again in the summer. I'll be more open to the idea Happy Friday all!

Friday Forearm Stretch. End of the week and the forearms are killing you? May I suggest this active stretches. Place your fingers so they point toward yourself and slowly fall in the palm of your hand onto a hard surface. Hold for anywhere between 10-15 second and slowly peel your hand off the surface. ... This really helps to stretch the facia around the wrist and forearms. The slower you move the longer the facial stretch is. Sometimes you'll feel it all the way up your arm into your pecs. Alright as mentioned in my live here is the Information: 1. Massage Therapy was open with a letter of referral or doctor's prescription back in December 2. Starting tomorrow massage therapy no longer requires a prescription/referral any longer... 3. You must still MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. NO WALK IN's and I'm still not taking same day appointments. 4. You must still wear your mask DURING your massage 5. I no longer require your 24 hour form that was emailed to you. But if you want to still help a girl out you can send in your form. Because you still need to sign it when you come in for your massage. That form isn't going anywhere. Lol 6. Please still cancel your appointments if your not feeling good and reschedule 7. Wash your hands Hope to see you soon.

Gastroc and Soleus love + attention . Remember if your at a desk all day seated, get up every once and while to stretch the lower body. . You can do calf raises, roll the ankles clockwise and counterclockwise, and up and down.
