I have thought since her first run that Dr. Leslyn Lewis is a breath of fresh airthe outsider candidate that the Ottawa bubble and the Conservative Party needs. The Harper-clones have been at the top for a long time, but it is past time for a facelift.

Dr. Lewis rightly goes after other CPC leadership candidates for not having a stance on social conservative issues, which a leader must have in order to not only unite the Conservative Party, but win future elections.

Meanwhile, the organization Right Now, which aims to help elect political candidates who are opposed to abortion, argues the government’s position on abortion is out of step with a majority of Canadians who want some kind of restriction on abortion procedures, especially late-term and sex-selective abortions. With that goal, the organization says it sees an avenue for change.

According to Politico who broke the story last night, the United States Supreme Court has voted to strike down the 50 year-old Roe v. Wade decision, according to an initial leaked draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito.

On October 29th, Bill C-7 was given second reading in the House of Commons and voted on for the first time. The bill would eliminate multiple safeguards around assisted suicide including that their natural death be foreseeable and to administer assisted suicide to a person who is eligible, but no longer has capacity to give consent. Pro-life win for truth and freedom of speech!

It only took the media 38 minutes to declare the Sask Party the winner for their fourth straight majority victory on Monday’s provincial election. Despite this article being written by a fringe, left-leaning publication, it’s got some great info for social conservatives on some of the Sask Party candidates!

The Liberals have been attempting to attack the Conservatives over the yellow ad below, put up on Vancouver buses, which depict MP Garnett Genuis’ kids and a quote by Mother Teresa about the beauty of children. Surprisingly, the numbers were highest among Bloc Québécois supporters, with 61 per cent of them responding that they would support restricting this form of abortion. The Liberals were silent when a racist and discriminatory ad was erected at Vancouver bus stops pushing the false narrative that having more than one child was bad for the environment. Now an Alberta MP has crowdfunded to put up ads using his own kids featured in them with a Mother Teresa quote about the beauty of children, and the Trudeau Liberals are using it to attack and calling for the ads to be taken down.
