This is just a template, feel free to write your own. This can apply to anyone writing or re-writing their Red Seal exam. Feel free to send it to the Director in your area via registered mail. Whereas, paper is provided by the Red Seal exam administrator for apprentices to write any issues they find on their exam. If __________________________________ is failed and has indicated issues on the exam, this Agreement allows the apprentice to be physically involved with the review of their Red Seal exam and discuss issues indicated with their Red Seal certified instructor. If just grounds are shown for further review, This Agreement allows ________________to have a Certified Red Seal other than their instructor represent on their behalf and, This Agreement allows the Red Seal Office to have a Certified Red Seal chosen by them to represent on its own behalf. In the case the apprentice is proven wrong the credit is lost. In the case the apprentice is proven right the credit is gained. Should no happy medium be found the issue will be passed nationally to instructors and the majority would be considered the most professionally correct answer. Please sign your agreement below. Just reminder to those thinking of going to College of the North Atlantic for their training, YOU NEED TO PRINT OUR PROFILE PICTURE AND TAKE IT TO THE DEAN OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AND ASK HIM WHY HE DOES NOT HAVE THE MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED!!! GET IT IN WRITING!!!!! Our case is still before the courts and we can go back as soon as we get enough push! Even better! If one person is willing to go to court over the 30% control issue the case HAS TO BE HEARD!!! We are one screwed apprentice away from making that happen!!! PLEASE SHARE! Right the Red Seal got a HUGE push forward this morning!!! We are looking for an apprentice that was failed, knows there were issues with their exam and is not afraid to speak out. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Come forward, you could be the icing on our cake!!!!! Would be better if it was auto body but any Red Seal trade will do!!!

RIGHT THE RED SEAL IS LOOKING FOR ONE MORE FAILED APPRENTICE THAT KNOWS OF bs QUESTIONS ON THEIR EXAM AND IS NOT AFRAID TO SPEAK OUT!!! PLEASE CONTACT US!!! It would be better if it was auto body but any Red Seal trade will work!

We are looking for apprentices in other provinces that have been wrongly failed. We are attempting to form a Canada Wide Committee to increase awareness of what the Red Seal is really all about. We will be showing tips on how to pick out the bad questions and remember them so you have legitimate grounds to fight the issue. Remember we were told by a lawyer that the 30% control the Red Seal has on the exams has gone to court once and was not heard, if it goes back to court again it has to be heard! We are that close!! The initial court fees will be provided by Right the Red Seal, so you will be out nothing! After being wrongly failed you have nothing to loose, why not join the team and help make some changes so future apprentices have a fair shot at success!

So Seamus O'Regans office has still done absolutely nothing. Next week we will be posting the updates to date and getting any input we can from others. Stay tuned we are not going anywhere until this is resolved.

JUST A REMINDER, WE ARE STILL LOOKING FOR ONE RED SEAL INSTRUCTOR THAT HAS ACCESS TO THE INFORMATION NEEDED TO ANSWER ALL EXAM QUESTIONS WITH A SINGLE, PROFESSIONALLY CORRECT ANSWER FROM THOSE PROVIDED! Who would have thought that we would eventually make it all the way to the Supreme Court, but we did! We proved that the Red Seal system is so dirty that we were given the opportunity to take our battle further. We went from a one year plan to a Till We Bring Change plan. We have met some awesome people who have been keeping us motivated and we thank you! We continue to get legal advice and guidance as we go and we use it. Thanks to all that have assisted us! Let's see where we are this time next year.

This program has been around for a bit, does anyone know if it is run by the same stakeholders as the Red Seal?

After Paul Lane told me to take my petition to Seamus O' Regan. I called Seamus' office, received a reply from his assistant, Mr. Byrne on July 10th, he asked me to send a copy of the petition, so I did, it was emailed Sunday July 12. July 14th I emailed asking if it was received, I was told it was and out for parliamentary review. I wrote back Aug. 4th and was replied to saying basically it is not their job. When I replied saying I felt it was and sent a clip from the gov't site saying whos job it was and asked who should I see, he told me Jack Harris or Ken MacDonald. I am not happy with that so he asked for a copy of the proposed petition so he could see what I was talking about!! lmfao! HF the man told me he had received it, discussed it with his colleagues now he would like a copy!
