A few weeks ago we put up a few freebie videos for people to take part in. White Collar Boxing Company grabbed one of them. We were happy to work with Cody and his team again. WCB offers dry land and in studio training for athletes, and for those looking for a more intense workout in order to get in shape. We captured some of that in the video we recorded for Cody.
