A few months ago, I opened up my Clarity Coaching for Stressed Out Moms! It was time for all moms to let go of guilt and shame and it was amazing to see how man...y of you stepped forward to learn and grow! Today, I’m opening up Clarity Coaching for all women and I am so excited to share this new branding! This is the time to show all of you that ~ I see you. I know that sometimes you’ve had enough and there’s just no more to give. You hide parts of yourself because you’re ashamed to feel the way you do. You constantly feel like you have to show the world what a perfect woman you are, but you feel lost in the darkness. Stuck in place. You’re afraid to be yourself for fear that you aren’t good enough. But it’s not ok to hide the stress and anxiety that you feel trying to be the perfect woman. You have to confront it and work through it to step into the life you want to live.
