Good morning ! I’ve had a lot of new people join the page so I wanted to say and thank you . Take a browse through the page to see what I’m all about. I’m a mom of 4 and I’ve been teaching yoga since spring of 2017. I teach in my in home studio, offer live interactive online practices and lead private and corporate classes. I recently was lucky enough to claim this space in my home and my family agreed to help me create a studio I’m hoping to create a communi...ty of likeminded people who want to learn and grow a yoga practice and to support one another in learning and personal wellness I’ve created a number of payment options, 2 I’d like to highlight- This space is for everyone! You don’t have to be fit, flexible or able to touch your toes. This is a space to learn and grow together. I’ve introduced yoga to many different people of all abilities. I’ve taken trauma informed trainings and Pre and post natal training along with various studies to support people with knee, back or shoulder injury.
