If you cannot attend a Survivor Day event in person, join an online event on November 21 at 1:30 p.m. US Eastern Time for an AFSP-hosted 90-minute program featuring a screening of the documentary Family Journeys: Healing and Hope after a Suicide; a post-screening discussion with suicide loss survivors and experts on coping with a suicide loss; and a Q&A with online viewers.

With SAD Light therapy is so helpful. Now it seems that it could be also useful anytime. Costco sells the portable SAD lights - both online and in the store. They are generally on sale this time of year. I am off to turn my light on this morning!
