This year has big changes happening to the farm. With careful consideration John has decided to rehome some of the herd residents. As spring arrives we will be listing and showing a few of the farm horses that are going to be listed for rehoming.... Mystic (who is in foal, so she will be going after weaning), Apollo, Stormy and Porter. Mystic is 11 years old, green broke. Had 2 foals. (Leos Mystic Gypsy on allbreedpedigree). Can possibly be sold with foal at hip. Apollo is 5 -- Playgun is in her papers, but unfortunately they are missing. She's halter broke and has a crooked leg. She had xrays and vet said she can be broke. You wouldn't know it if you saw her move. Stormy -- 18 yrs old, broke broke broke. Anyone can ride her, child safe, as bomb proof as they come. Mr. Porter -- old timer but looking for retirement home. Child safe, good old trail horse, just plugs along and follows whoever is in front. Please PM if interested. Horses will not be released until late spring with the exception of Apollo and Porter :)

When you can't wait until real spring to get on your new project Lol Gratefully, she was a gem (no pun intended) and I didn't feel like she was going to do anyt...hing wrong. Welcoming little Tasa Mia to the farm. This little girl is a half sibling to our Cookie and border Kool from Decosse Quarter Horses. They're GREAT minded horses and grow up to be so versatile. Welcome home little girl!

We'd like to say a big Congratulations to two of our farm trainers, Selena from Selena Dubois Equine Training, and Miss Kiera Wiebe in their acceptance to the Rocking Heart Ranch LTD. Weanling Challenge!! They will be getting 2 weanlings in a couple weeks and will have 3 weeks to train them to do specific requirements. Best of luck girls! You make us all very proud!!

What a phenomenal stallion Triton is. If you haven't checked out Pitchfork Ranching Quarter Horses then you definitely should!! This Playgun stud has a mind like no other. Hes been off for months and, of course under John's watchful eye, had Nevaeh saddle up and ride him in his pen. Couldn't have gone any smoother!

For your consideration: Due to no fault of her own - Sarah is up for rehoming. Owner needs to downsize and because of Sarahs nature would do better with a more ...experienced, confident rider. She will have had over a months training on her with me. Sarah is a super sweet girl, but requires a trust bond before she becomes comfortable. She doesn't buck, bite or rear. Her scared reaction is to dart, however its never long (a millisecond reaction) or fast. She stands great to be saddled and bridled. Has had tons of desensitizing and started on obstacles. She is VERY smart and learns very quickly. She stands about 14.2hh and is 3.5 years old and I believe is a brown dun (had a dorsal stripe and leg stripes). She was rescued from a slaughter pen so a for sure long term home is a must. She is not for the weary or light hearted but will give you her soul once the connection is there. Has potential in reining, barrels, obstacles and jumping (jumped a 4 ft fence when we tried catching her day 1). If you think you're a match for Sarah, come on out and see her she is not done training and will have more time here with me. Price negotiable to the RIGHT home with the right person.

Georgia a gorgeous bay, Chrome the beautiful grey and another bay cutie named Spencer! There's a few more girlfriends lined up for this handsome man! Stay tuned! Another big congrats to Daniela Gex-Collet!! This little girl went by a few names while she was at the farm. Gypsy, Mouse. She was a late baby so needed some extra time and groceries. Daniela took her to her pasture and has had her ever since. Her son fell in love and named her Far. We're so happy for Far, Daniela and JJ!!... This little girl had gone to a very committed home. Ms. PFR Sunnys Rosie is going to have the rest of her days full of hugs! See more

We sure are happy with this pair up! One of our boarders, Kendal (who has a passion for endurance racing and CTR) bought our very own Romeo! Who turned a year old on April 23rd. This handsome, long-legged, dun colt will have a fantastic home and we get to watch him grow up and turn into a real gentleman while Kendal is here. Romeo's Sire is our stallion PFR Sunsational Guns (A double bred Playgun stud) Dam is Leo's Mystic Gypsy (also on property)... He has a fantastic bloodline to back him up and we expect nothing but great things from him! If you're looking to want to breed to this phenomenal stallion, get him this year!!
