I have a couple of coaching spots available today and tomorrow. In case you're wondering what coaching is, this is how I describe it on my website. Lots of people ask me what coaching is. How is it different from therapy? Unlike therapy which focuses on how past experiences influence your behaviours and thought patterns, coaching focuses on what’s happening in your life now.... Coaching is based on the concept that we already have the innate knowledge and skill to achieve our goals. During coaching sessions, clients are encouraged to discuss areas of their lives in which they wish to see growth or may feel stuck. Through intuitive questioning, clients are able to understand and navigate roadblocks and develop strategies to reach their potential. Many coaches specialize in a specific area, relationship, career, health, etc. However, as coaching can be a deeply personal process, no matter which aspect of your life you are focusing on, results can be seen in all areas of our lives.
