We look at this from a very compassionate, humanitarian perspective that when people come to our door and need our help that’s what we’ll do, she said. But we don’t want anyone taking such high risks of risking life and limb.

During our meeting in Emerson yesterday we discussed the high numbers of asylum seekers and how to find to find places for them to stay when they arrive in Winnipeg.
