Good day everyone. Due to high demand, this coming Friday, November 27th, will be the last day I will be accepting custom orders for the Christmas season. I have several patterns ready to purchase now. (please see pics on my page). Currently, I am finishing items to be shipped. On my "to do list" will be higher end pieces. "The Last Supper". Another repurpose piece. the customer brought me a very rough table top. I procured an old whiskey barrel, refinished the table top and voila. A patio table that you can pull up your lawn chair to. The customer gave me a few ideas and he let me create from there. Love doing those :)

Vintage Poker Room Sign. Roughly 17 inches in diameter. I used shiplap for the backer on this one which gives it that older look. Now accepting orders via Private Message or email to [email protected]

House number plaque. 1" walnut over 1" cherry Finished with 3 coats of spar urethane. Custom orders available.

Singer treadle before and after. Base was restored and wenge / redheart added to the top which will be repurposed as end table. Love this one. Hated to let it go. But, it is going to a very good home :)

NOTICE from River Canard Woodworking. Windsor Regional Hospital CEO David Musyj announced at a press conference this afternoon that Windsor / Essex is now in Community Spread with the Covid-19 virus. The theme of his message was "There may be a surge of cases across Ontario in the coming week. Stay home. If you don't need to go shopping, don't go". Many of you have ordered my Nurse plaques, some are awaiting delivery via Canada Post. Those orders will inevitably be filled and delivered, however, in everyone's best interest, I am heeding Mr. Musyj's recommendation and staying in lockdown until further notice. Since the `Nurse Plaque`` went over so well, I will be adding tributes to Truck Drivers, First Responders and Doctors. These will be limited edition originals. Special price to be determined. OK. Today is March 27th. I extended my $15 special price on the Nurse plaque to a number of people, however, due to the overwhelming response, I can do no more at that price. Sorry. It has been suggested by some folks, that I do plaques for PSW's, Doctors, Truckers, Cashiers etc etc. And I may just do that. We will see. Unfortunately, costs of wood and supplies are not going down, so, I'm not sure at this point what my price will be. Hopefully all of you understand.
