Some simple tips to boost your energy!
Are you feeling the stress of managing work and home life all from home? This seems to be a common theme of conversation this week in our clinic. Working from home has its advantages and disadvantages. One of the more important things to consider is are you setting work boundaries at home? Some tips:... 1. Set scheduled work hours and stick to them. 2. Take breaks and ensure you are stopping and eating proper healthy meals. 3. Communicate with your family about the importance of focusing on work and that you have time outside of your designated work hours to spend with them. 4. Have a designated workspace where you can focus on work. 5. Resist that temptation to check an email or voicemail and respond outside of your designated work hours. And remember...make time for yourself to decompress and take care of you! Massage is a great way to relieve tension and Naturopathic care can help with stress and anxiety.
