But stepping in and stepping up to them Taking them as they came One by One Focus being the predominant tool in my being Focusing on a better day On love On laughter On peace On surrender On Letting go On beginning Again Over and over A well groomed trail Staying quiet Moving silently and swiftly to Higher Ground Never letting the concrete Weigh me Down. Never allowing the fatigue of the Journey Take away my Spirit My desire to love and be loved. Knowing someday on the great Horizon The Sun would burst out And the Skies open to release her cleansing rain Leaving all that was before Behind. I followed and learned from them my entire ...life right in sync with their own evolution, writings and teachings. I sat with a beautiful lady last evening who poured her soul out to me in the most authentic pure way. Having little to no support in Canada, having entered o...ur Country only one year ago. I was in awe, the pain was palatable, I was inspired at the witnessing of her courage and spirit. We connected, we laughed, we planned. When she rose she bowed to me and said, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for listening to me. Oooohhh my heart. Very few truly understand in a heartfelt way how she obviously knew that my heart works to open and listen and help. Such a powerful worldly moment. Then she says do you want to see how I use to dress, and she bestowed on me a picture of her cultural dressings which she chose to disrobe upon entering Canada.
