ALBERT Boudreau Communities would like to say thank you to all who took the time to participated in our public engagement activates and provided feedback regarding Riverbank Landing and its redesign. Your input, by way of questions and comments, is appreciated and will be taken into consideration as we continue to advance the redesign of Riverbank Landing. Many of the changes seen in the redesign options stem from feedback we have received to date from th...e residents of St. Albert. Boudreau Communities and the Design Team at Arc Studios will continue to review all input gathered, and farther develop the redesign of Riverbank Landing. A redesigned application to amend the Oakmont Area Structure Plan (ASP) and Land Use Bylaw from Direct Control to Direct Control Mixed Use (DCMU) will be submitted to the City of St. Albert by Boudreau Communities Ltd. in the near future. Again, we thank you for your role in the redesign of Riverbank Landing, a development that is sure to enrich the lives of many.

The second opportunity is to take part in one of three Community Design Meetings being held via Zoom on Oct 1, 2020 at 6:30pm, Oct 2, 2020 at 1pm and Oct 8, 2020 at 6:30pm. The number of participants will be kept to a maximum of 50, in order of registration. Register to participate by emailing Dave.
