Day 1 RiverCat Challenge! Part 1 - Do a cardio circuit of 20 jumping jacks, 10 burpees, and 15 pop squats- rest 1 min (or as needed) and repeat **complete 3 rounds of circuit** ... Part 2 Tennis Ball Hacky, wearing your hockey gloves bounce a tennis ball on the blade of your stick, trying to keep the ball in the air for as many bounces as you can keep track of your record Be sure to take a picture while doing your challenge and tag us #rivercatsgirlshockey #rivercatsinlockdown and a winner will be drawn each week.

YES!!! The River Cats U18 NAGEL Team hosted the Brantford Ice Cats tonight. With some good passes & some solid teamwork the River Cats iced Brantford for a 2-1 Win!! Nicely Done Ladies!!
