I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! I wish you all the best in the coming year. 2020 was interesting and full of challenges, but it didn't suck completely. I would like to share a few wonderful things that 2020 brought to me. 1) I opened River City Massage! 2) I paid off my mortgage... 3) I started reading books more often 4) My awesome doggos, any year is a great year with them! Now while I'm not really one for resolutions, I have decided to make a small list of things I'd like to do. 1) Make supplì (delicious italian snack) 2) Start journaling (I used to keep a semi gratitude/mood/daily task journal which was super helpful and would highly recommend) 3) Take more photos with my partner (we maybe have like 5 total of us together which is a shame cause we're gorgeous ) What little piece of awesome did 2020 bring you and what are you looking forward to in 2021?

Earlier today, the Province of Manitoba extended its 'Code Red' status to the entire province due to a significant increase in 'community spread' and hospitalization. River City Massage will not be part of the closures, you can still continue to come in. I am however making a few changes. Please do not show up more than 5 mins prior to your appointment. I am removing the chairs from my reception area to reduce the amount of contact points, so if you do, you're stuck standi...ng. Also I will now be providing a plastic box for you to put all your belongings in. I feel I can clean this far more efficiently than my chairs. Otherwise, same as usual, masks on and don't come in if you are experiencing any covid symptoms. Thanks and have a great week!

Wearing a mask can unfortunately bring on jaw discomfort and tension headaches due to constant pressure on your ears, or if you're like me, adjusting your mask by moving your jaw. If you've got jaw pain or tension, tension headaches, or clicking in your jaw I can help treat it! I've taken additional training on TMJ dysfunction and would love to help you. As some of you may know, my super wicked awesome sister is a teacher. It's her first day back with kids. She's been beyond stressed as I'm sure many of her fellow teachers are.
