RiverCity Therapeutic Centre hopes everyone is staying healthy and active during these difficult times. We are pleased to announce that RCTC be resuming practice on June 8/20. You will see some changes when it is time for your next appointment as we have implemented new precautions and hygiene measures. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. These include frequent sanitation for all high touch surfaces, PPE for practitioners and staff, protective ...plexiglass for our reception, and Covid-19 screening measures when booking appointments and upon arrival at clinic. We kindly ask all patients to: wear a face mask and adhere to the social distancing measures we have all become accustomed to. When you arrive at the office, we are asking you to wait in your car and not enter the clinic any more than 5 minutes prior to your booked appointment time. This will decrease your exposure to other patients and will keep time spent in the waiting room to a minimum. Upon entry of the clinic please use the hand sanitizer that will be available. Other changes you may notice: Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. Appointments will be managed daily to allow for social distancing between patients- this might mean you are offered fewer options when scheduling your appointments. We will be allowing for greater times between appointments to allow for thorough cleaning of all treatment rooms between each patient. Look forward to seeing you all soon!
