IMPORTANT UPDATE ON OUR CLINIC'S OPERATIONS REGARDING COVID-19. Veterinary services have been listed by the government of Ontario as an essential business. We are staying open however there are some important changes that you will need to be aware of. Please read the points below and feel free to contact us via phone if you have any questions.

Please note that all special food or product orders cannot be processed until after Friday. If your pet is running low on food please give us a call to discuss alternatives. Our supplier has given us the following message: "Veterinary Purchasing (VP) is implementing a two day pause on all new orders. VP has good inventory levels and this pause is needed to help clear the vast backlog that has accumulated. Processing and shipping these existing orders to clinics is required to make room for replenishment of inventory that is on its way. New orders will be accepted starting at noon Friday March 20th, 2020."

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE! In light of the government recommendations we are implementing some policies to help protect our staff and clients and help insure that we can continue to provide our patients care during this difficult time. We are asking that all clients who are sick remain home and avoid coming into the clinic. If your pet requires emergent care and you feel ill, please contact the clinic for directions. ... If you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days we ask that you obey the governments recommendations and self isolate for 14 days.
