Please share this information with any families who may be interested: Greetings French Immersion Families, You are receiving this email because we wanted to make you aware of a group that was recently created to advocate for Secondary School French Immersion/Extended French programming in Norfolk County. Our family is discouraged by the latest news that French Immersion will not be offered at SCS this fall. We are also worried about the possibility that the proposed Extended... French program could be in jeopardy due to board concerns about class size cap. We would like to invite you to join our Facebook group in order to assemble, discuss potential solutions, and form a delegation to address the next school board meeting with our questions/concerns. Please consider joining us in this very important endeavour. In the coming days, please help us spread the word about this new advocacy group. We invite all concerned community members to join us as we share creative suggestions and move toward advocating with the Grand Erie District School Board about the need to commit to French Immersion/Extended French programming for our secondary students in Norfolk county.
