Here is a rule of thumb that will help you: Make a decision about what you want, focus your attention there, and find the feeling-place of it--and you are there instantly. there is no reason for you to suffer or struggle your way to or through anything.

Remember you attract what you are putting energy into. So what are you thinking about these days? Good things? Or not good thoughts?

Don't joke about yourself and make derogotory remarks about yourself because they will not create good experiences for you. Don't belittle others either. The subconscious mind doesn't distinguish between you and the other person. It hears the words, and it believes you are talking about yourself. The next time you want to criticize somone, ask why you feel that way about yourself. Instead of criticizing others, praise them, and within a month, you will see enormous change within you.
