A very special happy birthday to our November babies!!! We celebrated them well tonight!!!

It’s NACHO typical year, amigos!! Piña coladas, guacamole, cheese, salsa and chips! I’d ask you how your Monday was, but you might say It’s nacho business!... so to be polite, I won’t!

Our Rolling Jukebox was playing all the favs today!! Dancing to the disco, because it’s Friday eve folks!!! what’s your go to dance song?

Music fun with Rosal and Malcolm

Today, we remember.... Aujourd’hui, nous commemorons #remembranceday2020 We had a special bilingual service this evening. Following the service, on their behalf, Rosal placed the residents poppies on the tomb of the unknown soldier at our National War Memorial. A special thank you to Giorgina Bodea and the many residents who while during quarantine, worked long hours creating our beautiful poppy arch. As well, to the families who shared beautiful pictures for our Wall of Honour.

A big thank you thank to the Manotick Brass who put on a beautiful performance featuring music from the Home Front. Not only did our residents love the performance but they enjoyed the fresh air and being together! What’s your favorite wartime tune?
