When piecing miniature units you need a thread that is not going to distort your seam, shreds or break. My go to thread for all my piecing is Aurifil 50 wt. I use neutral colours so I don’t need to change threads throughout my project. Try some today, you won’t be disappointed. #quiltingbytheriver #quiltingfun #quiltpatternsdesigner #aurifilthread

I just received this photo in my inbox. This is "September Morn" one of my quilt patterns. This quilt was made by Joan Shortsleeve and it is adorable. I am so glad that she will be able to enjoy it on her bed this fall and sleep under a blanket of fall colours.

Hello Friends. Hubby is away today and I have so much to share that I thought I would give a live Facebook chat and catch up a try.
