Progress! Temporary bathroom facilities installed in the basement and the upstairs bathroom is coming together. We found a leaking wall, leaking floor, exposed live wires in the wall. Dangerous stuff for sure, but there’s nothing to worry about anymore!

Getting a jump on the spring season with a quick deck rebuild! Finished off with a complimentary scrub down wash and rinse after building in the muddy spring conditions. Here’s hoping the temps go up and the price of lumber goes down!

Another bathroom renovation underway! Here is the before and the tear down - keep an eye out for the progress and final product.

Replacing dated and deteriorated wooden trim, aluminum and garage doors in Oakville. These subtle changes brighten up the house along with some new pot lights and wall lights. The composite trim is low to no maintenance and will definitely outlast the wood it replaced. Another happy customer!

Last week we replaced some non functional and inefficient 1920’s era windows with some new Marvin fiberglass windows. Finally, these homeowners can open their windows and get some fresh air!

This James Hardie fiber cement job is finally wrapped up, waiting on the aluminum team to do what they do this coming week. This job was relatively routine, but 50cm of snow and bone chilling temps made it a challenge! On to the next project!
